Kalari Vinyasa
with Alexander
It is a bridge between Yoga and Kalari, developing more warrior like practice. This class is suitable for all the practitioners. It can be a bit more intense than a usual yoga class and a great preparation before a full format Kalari training.

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
with Malwina
Special emphasis is given to breathing techniques directed to expand a woman’s breathing capacity in gentle and effective ways that can be useful during preparation for labor, birthing her baby and the postnatal period to promote physical and emotional wellbeing. An important focus is also given to pelvic area awareness, promoting elasticity and stability.

Intensives and Retreats

We teach anual retreats and intensive workshops in Spain and abroad. Check our schedule and join us to deepen you practice. We offer uniquely transformative experiences. A workshop will enable you to become thoroughly immersed in a single subject or technique over the course of an afternoon, a weekend or a few days retreat.
