Learn the art of Kalarippayat

Live practice on Zoom – Friday 10:00 – 11:00 am (GMT+1)
60min for you to learn or deepen:
– warm-up exercises (Loha)
– animal postures (Vadivu)
– ground work (Dande)
– foot work forms (Chuvadu)
Each session includes a recording that you can access for the duration of a week.

Personal Kalari Warrior Training framed to your needs.
Choose the duration of your stay in Mallorca, Spain. Come and learn traditional Kalarippayat. Accommodation and travel costs are not included.
BASIC: 1 practice a day (morning)
INTERMEDIATE : 2 practices a day (morning & afternoon)
ADVANCED: 1 or 2 practices + Kalari Treatment
